On January 5,2020, the annual meeting of Shanghai Changde Chamber of Commerce and the Investment Promotion Meeting of Changde "opening up and strengthening the city, industry and city" was held in Putuo district, Jiating International Business Center.

The secretary general of the Shanghai Fruit Industry Association, Yuan Yaxiang; the Deputy Secretary General, Zhang Guocai; the director of the Changde Government of the People's Republic of China Liaison Office in Shanghai; and the Deputy Director of the Foreign Liaison Work Committee of the Shanghai Fruit Industry Association, Dong Wenshu, attended the ceremony to express their congratulations, the deputy director of the Office of the Hunan Provincial Government in Shanghai, Liu Wucong; the deputy secretary-general of the Changde Government, Chen Weimin; the President of the Shanghai Hunan Chamber of Commerce, Xie Donghai; and the President of the Shanghai Changde Chamber of Commerce, Li Xin, delivered speeches and speeches respectively, dai Linjun, director of the Changde Investment Promotion Centre, gave a presentation on Changde's investment environment and investment promotion projects, while Zou Rulong, director of the Development Zone Management Committee, gave a presentation on the park project, chen Gang, vice chairman of Shanghai Hunan Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chairman of Qias Company, and nearly 300 people from relevant industry associations, chambers of commerce and Changde in Shanghai and Germany attended the event. Shanghai Changde Chamber of Commerce Secretary Feng Zhiyue chaired the meeting.
