In petrochemical production, the so-called pressure refers to the force acting on unit area uniformly and vertically by gas or liquid. Especially in the process of petrochemical production, we often encounter the measurement of pressure and vacuum, which is much higher than atmospheric pressure, and much lower than atmospheric pressure.
►Installation and application of pressure gauge
Radial refers to the connection diameter of the pressure gauge and the dial into a type, which is direct installation.
Axial refers to the connection diameter of the pressure gauge and the dial into T-shape. It is also divided into the central shaft and off-axis (lower shaft) installation.
►Connection mode
Threaded connection: M20 × 1.5; M14x1.5; m12x1.5; G1 / 2; G3 / 8; npt1 / 2; npt1 / 4 (others).
Flange connection shall be manufactured according to customer's requirements.
►Instrument fixing method:
Direct installation
Front belt edge installation
Rear belt edge installation
U-clip installation
